Rare lettre dont le destinataire est l’U.P.U. Elle est adressée par S. C. Yang du bureau de poste de Harbin. Qu’elle était la nature de la correspondance ? On ne peut qu’émettre des hypothèses : Une requête ? Les timbres de la série commémorative du « Premier anniversaire de la fondation de l’État » ?
Pour mémoire, le Mandchoukouo met tout en œuvres pour que son adhésion, à cet organisme international, soit prise en compte. Mais ceci restera sans réponse.
Rare letter addressed to the U.P.U. by S. C. Yang of the Harbin post office. What was the nature of the correspondence? We can only speculate: a request? Stamps from the commemorative series for the "First anniversary of the founding of the State"?
For the record, Manchukuo did everything in its power to ensure that its membership of this international organisation was taken into account. But there has been no response.
