Partie de Harbin le jour de l’intronisation de Puyi, cette lettre prend le train en direction de Dairen. Là, elle change de moyen de transport emprunte la ligne maritime en direction de Hong Kong où elle arrive le 15 mars. Puis, elle repend un autre bateau jusqu’aux Philippines.

L’oblitération commémorative existe sous deux versions. Elles se distinguent par  un caractère d’écriture différent. La première est censée avoir été utilisée dans 167 bureaux de poste et la seconde, dans 32 bureaux seulement.

Leaving Harbin on the day of Puyi's enthronement, this letter took the train to Dairen. There, it changed means of transport and took the sea line to Hong Kong, arriving on 15 March. It then took another boat to the Philippines.

The commemorative cancel exists in two versions. They differ in the typeface. The first is said to have been used in 167 post offices, while the second was used in only 32.
