Le domaine du Haut-Brossard est actuellement un lieu-Dit de la commune de Charmant qui est une ancienne commune du Sud-Ouest de la France, située dans le département de la Charente, en région Nouvelle-Aquitaine, devenue le 1er janvier 2016 une commune déléguée au sein de la commune nouvelle de Boisné-la-Tude.

Il est donc évident que le courrier, en provenance du Mandchoukouo pour cette destination, n’est pas du tout courant voir même rare !

So it's clear that mail from Manchukuo to this destination is not at all common, or even rare!
