L’oblitération commémorative de départ marque le fait que, la flotte japonaise est présente près de Dairen (ville du territoire à bail du Kwangtung). Mais le personnel de la flotte voyage par voie terrestre ou aérienne, pour visiter différentes villes du Mandchoukouo.
Pour cette lettre, l’accord postal de 1910 est respecté (1). Un double affranchissement est présent. Le timbre à 3 fens est apposé par l’expéditeur. Le timbre à 5 cents (tarif chinois, du 20/05/1932 au 19/09/1940, pour une lettre intérieure) est apposé au bureau mandchou de Shanhaikwan (seule ville de passage au pied de la grande muraille). Le courrier est transmis au bureau chinois de Linyu, le timbre chinois est annulé le 20 septembre. La lettre reprend son voyage vers Tientsin où elle arrive le 21 septembre.

The commemorative departure cancellation marks the fact that the Japanese fleet was present near Dairen (a town in the Kwangtung lease territory). However, fleet personnel travelled by land or air to visit various towns in Manchukuo.
This letter complies with the 1910 postal agreement (1). Double franking was used. The 3 fen stamp was affixed by the sender. The 5 fen stamp (Chinese rate, from 05/20/1932 to 09/19/1940, for a domestic letter) was affixed at the Shanhaikwan Manchu office (the only crossing town at the foot of the Great Wall). The mail was forwarded to the Chinese office in Linyu, and the Chinese stamp was cancelled on September 20. The letter resumed its journey to Tientsin, arriving on September 21th.
